This is a one-hour presentation where I unpack and explain the benefits of practicing mindfulness meditation.
The session consists of an explanation into what meditation is and the positive effects it can have on one’s life, followed by a 10 minute guided practice.
Upon completion, everyone is offered herbal tea and the space to ask any questions that they may have.
Remember, it’s called a meditation practice, not a meditation perfect. So let go of any worries you may have and I look forward to meditating with you.
