Throughout the morning, we’ll be covering:
Inner child healing
Each topic will be explored through movement therapy, meditation practices, and an exercise highlighting our connections to both people and place.
The half-day workshop concludes with a powerful presentation on the importance of work-life balance and safeguarding our mental health.

Take your journey even further with the full-day option!
This comprehensive expansion from the half-day will enable you to dive deeper into the relationships you have with yourself, others, and the environment, providing simple tools and solutions to live your best life.
In addition to the topics discussed in the half-day program, the full-day workshop will cover 4 distinct pillars of balance including:
Sleep, diet, and exercise
Lastly, we’ll hold an extensive mindfulness meditation class, a ground-breaking practice exclusive to full-day workshop participants.
Throughout the day, you’ll be provided with take-home workbooks and resources that complement each topic so you can implement program lessons into your daily life as soon as you walk out the door!
