Tom Robb has been working as an outdoor educator and adventure tour guide for the past 13 years. In that time, he has obtained a Diploma of Outdoor Recreation and a Bachelor Degree in Outdoor and Environmental Education.
Tom has certificates to guide canoeing, bushwalking, rock climbing, abseiling, surfing, snowboarding, snorkelling and mountain bike riding. Tom also excels in whitewater kayaking and rafting, has his First Responder First Aid certificate, Swift Water Rescuer Certificate and a current Working with Children Check.
As well as working in the field, Tom has written and developed a cohesive presentation on the benefits of engaging and relating to students on day one of an outdoor education program. These talks have been received with high praise at various Universities and at Outdoors Victoria conferences across the country.
Tom has a huge passion for teaching in the outdoors and is excited to continue his journey guiding young people through not only the wonders that nature can provide, but also the positive impact we can leave on our Earth for generations to come.
